Mario Balotelli Won't Leave Manchester City Until 2013

Mino Raiola has made clear Mario Balotelli is unlikely to leave Manchester City for a Serie A return anytime soon.
Any idea of Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli leaving for Milan has been put to rest by agent Mino Raiola, who assured that there is no chance of a Serie A return.

Balotelli, 20, has long been linked with Milan and it's no secret he wants to play alongside former Inter team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Reports claimed that he could reconsider his future following the arrival of Edin Dzeko, but that seems unlikely.

Raiola insists there will be no January move, citing the Premier League as the perfect league to foster his client's ambition.

"Balotelli in Italy? I think the English league is excellent for him, he can continue growing," Raiola told Sky Sport Italia.

"The project is based on him and the club has no problems. I think he has understood it is important to affirm himself in the Premier League and play a part of Manchester City's history.

"Maybe he will go back in June, but not 2011, nor 2012."
