Samir Nasri Limps Out Of Arsenal's FA Cup Tie With A Muscle Injury

Arsenal play Barcelona in two weeks' time.
Samir Nasri limped out of Arsenal's FA Cup fourth-round tie against Huddersfield Town after just 31 minutes with a suspected hamstring strain.

The France international was chasing a loose ball when he suddenly pulled up and signalled to the bench that he could not continue.

Any potential injury will be damaging to Arsene Wenger's plans considering how influential the midfielder has been this term.

Wenger elected to ring seven changes to the side which beat Ipswich in their semi-final second leg on Tuesday, with Nasri being one of those reintroduced back into the side.

The length of time Nasri may potentially be sidelined will vary depending on the seriousness of the injury, but with Arsenal's Champions League last 16 clash with Barcelona just two weeks away, Wenger will be hoping one of his key players will be back in contention before his side resume their European exertions.
