Lazio coach Edy Reja makes it clear poor form needs to be razed and replaced with a decent run.
Lazio coach Edy Reja is demanding swift change ahead of their clash with Fiorentina, furious with the four points in as many games his team have harvested from Serie A.

"I want to see a convincing performance against Fiorentina. We are not doing well, but it happens and there are moments in the course of the campaign where there is difficulty mentally and physically," Reja told the press.

"We must improve. We have all spoken about coming out of this moment which has not been positive.

"We have to recover our compactness as we have great players in this squad.

"The whole group must respond."

Reja said the psychological handbrake needs disengaging after being pulled up for too long.

"We must not go onto the pitch with the brakes on. We have to show conviction, not fear," he said.
