Massimo Moratti has played down reports Inter are on the verge of landing Giampaolo Pazzini.
Inter president Massimo Moratti neither confirmed nor denied reports claiming Sampdoria's Giampaolo Pazzini is close to joining the club.
Il Corriere dello Sport had suggested the deal between the clubs had come unstuck over a €15 million transfer fee - viewed as excessive by the Nerazzurri.
However, Moratti has watered-down the idea. He insists there is no plan regarding Pazzini, despite ongoing claims Marco Branca is wheeling and dealing in Milan.
"Pazzini? I don't know anything. I have other things to do now," he told the press.
