Fenerbahce After Olympique Lyonnais Defender Dejan Lovren

Olympique Lyonnais defender Dejan Lovren has reportedly attracted the interest of Fenerbahce.
According to a report in France Football, Turkish powerhouse Fenerbahce are closely monitoring the progress of Croatia international Dejan Lovren, currently under contract with Ligue 1 titans Olympique Lyonnais.

Fenerbahce currently sit third in the Turkish league table, but they've been rather vulnerable at the back and have already conceded 21 goals. Therefore, head coach Aykut Kocaman is eager to strengthen his back-line and he sees Lovren as a good addition to his squad.

The 21-year-old Lovren joined Lyon from Dinamo Zagreb in January 2010, but he has so far been unable to really establish himself as a first team regular.

Lovren's current contract with the Gones runs until the summer of 2014 and Lyon won't let go of the young defender on the cheap should Fener decide to make a move for Lovren.
