Palermo Ace Abel Hernandez: I Want To Stay Here For The Long Term

Abel Hernandez insists he wants to remain at Palermo to help their assault for honours and European places.

The Uruguayan hitman made his comeback from injury against Lecce last week and scored a goal in the 4-2 win at the Via Del Mare.

And despite regular reports linking him away from the Rosanero, Hernandez insists he has a long and bright future in Sicily.

"We have a great team and an extraordinary attack," he told the press.

"We can do really well towards the end of this season and we are showing we are a team that can fight for important objectives.

"We can really go far as we have everything to aim high.

"I am happy from a football view and I want to stay with the Palermo shirt for a long time."
